He Couldn’t Perform… And She Broke Down. This Almost Cost Him His Marriage!

He promised her he’d be ready. It was their anniversary. Nice dinner… candles… back home… into bed…

Everything felt perfect. Until it wasn’t.

Because no matter how hard he tried… he couldn’t keep it up!

And deep down… he knew: this wasn’t going to fix itself.

That night sent him down a path he never expected… something most men have never even heard of and what happened next completely changed everything.

P.S. David L., 49, from San Diego said,

“I was in the exact same situation. I thought it was over for me... but within three days, I had wood like I was 19 again.”

How to TRIPLE Your Sexual Satisfaction Without Medication

I’m not exaggerating when I say that light therapy turned me into a new man.

I thrive on sunlight. That’s why, for years, I would almost fall into depression during the winter in Curitiba, the city where I live part of the year.

When the sun finally starts showing up again, I begin to feel more like myself. But those long, dark months were always difficult. Like millions of people around the world, I suffered from seasonal affective disorder.

Then I discovered full-spectrum light bulbs, and the brightness came back into my life—literally and figuratively. Even though they were incredibly expensive at the time, they were worth every penny. (The good news: they’re now affordable and easy to find—you can even buy them online.)

I’d still choose a sunny day over a gray one any time, but at least with this technique, I no longer feel like jumping out of my apartment window whenever the sky turns cloudy... again.

Jokes aside, light therapy as a treatment for this disorder is nothing new, but I was very excited when I came across a new study on the technique. It showed that light therapy may help with another widespread (and depressing) problem as well—sexual dissatisfaction.

The study found that in just 2 weeks, light therapy could improve sexual satisfaction in men with low libido and low sexual arousal.

The researchers gathered men who were seriously UNHAPPY with their sex lives. On average, they rated their sexual satisfaction at just 2 out of 10.

The 15-Second Vick Trick For Memory Loss and Dementia

Check out these two brain scans... the one on the right is the "before", and the one on the left is after doing this 15-Second Brain Hack…

As you age, blood flow to your brain can dry up by as much as 26%.

This starves your brain cells of vital nutrients, oxygen, and energy – causing more than 32,000 brain cells to die every second.

There’s an easy way to boost blood flow to your brain… by making a few simple changes to your daily regimen, using this Vick Trick. Can you believe it?

Half of the men received active light therapy using a light box every day for two weeks. The other half received a placebo light treatment in which the light was much dimmer.

After 2 weeks of treatment, the group exposed to the active light TRIPLED their sexual satisfaction scores. In contrast, the control group remained more or less the same.

Light Therapy Increases Natural Testosterone Production by 50%

The explanation? Testosterone is part of the answer.

In the active light therapy group, testosterone levels increased by more than 50%. The placebo group showed no significant increase.

We know that testosterone levels are closely linked to sexual satisfaction, but here’s something you may not know (I didn’t until I read this study): in the Northern Hemisphere, testosterone production plummets from November through April. It starts rising again in the spring and summer, reaching its peak in October.

Using a light box essentially mimics nature. It suppresses the pineal gland deep inside the brain, opening the door to greater testosterone production. In fact, it’s likely that this also triggers other hormonal effects we don’t fully understand yet.

Can Light Replace the “Little Blue Pill”?

It’s too early to say.

But this is a safe, natural treatment with other potential benefits as well—giving it a major advantage over medications, which can sometimes bring MORE problems (think side effects, drug interactions, and so on) than they’re worth.

And there’s certainly no harm in adding light therapy to other natural therapies that support libido, such as the ones you’ve already read about here at Natural Medical Post.

To your health,

Daniel Marshall
